CONSULTATION
We provide immigration evaluations which are mental health/psychological assessments that licensed clinicians provide to individuals seeking to resolve their immigration status. Immigration evaluations are critical in explaining the mental health state of the applicant, describing possible trauma they have experienced, and any psychological challenges related to their immigration status. Immigration evaluation could be utilized on a wide range of immigration cases, including petitions for Extreme Hardship Waivers, U Visa, Domestic Violence (VAWA) and asylum cases. In some cases, an immigration evaluation could be useful, or even necessary, to advance the immigration proceedings or to help determining an immigration case.
